Bearing grinding places the highest demands on dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and process reliability. With highly hardened bearing steels such as 100Cr6, CBN tools enable stable machining at high cutting speeds.

Process


EHWA CBN grinding tools are engineered specifically for each process – from rough to fine finishing. Defined grit distributions, matched bond systems, and precise tool design achieve tight tolerances and functional surfaces.

Typical applications are external and internal grinding of bearing rings, raceway grinding, and combined processes on cylindrical and non-circular grinding machines.
