Logistics / Warehouse Associate (m/f/d, part-time, 20 hrs/week)
Your responsibilities
- Support with customs processing: communication with freight forwarders and preparation/review of the required documents and information
- Warehouse logistics: goods receiving, proper packaging, shipping, and inventory booking in the system
- Backup and cover: training in the processes of our full-time colleague for mutual support and cover during absences
What you bring
- Reliable, careful, and structured way of working
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Good spoken and written German (for daily communication with freight forwarders)
- Prior experience in logistics or with shipping documents is an advantage but not required – career changers are welcome

Inside Sales Representative (m/f)
Your responsibilities
- Actively support customers and assist the field sales team
- Prepare quotations
- Order processing from order intake through delivery of customer orders
- Trade fair participation
- Handle and process customer inquiries
- Logistics tasks as needed: goods receiving, inbound/outbound bookings and inventory checks, coordinating logistics providers, and correspondence with parcel and freight carriers
Your profile
- Business-fluent German and English (or Korean)
- Technical understanding and analytical mindset
- Confident with MS Office
- Flexibility, drive, and a positive attitude
- Experience in technical inside sales, sales, or technical customer consulting for diamond and CBN grinding wheels as well as PCD and CBN tools is an advantage
